Back on the running track

It’s almost painfully embarrassing how slapdash I am with regards to running. I started C25K in April this year and still haven’t finished. Whilst I’m not beating myself up about it, I know that had I stuck with it (even taking my six-week holiday into account), I would have had a better time in the race last week. However, that’s something for next year :)

Having said that, I’m now back on track as I’ve just done w6d2. And it’s 6ÂșC outside. Brrrrr.

I don’t know when I’ll get to run during the week though; it’s dark in the mornings now, and often I have to be at work at 9am. Should I run in the evenings instead? But then people will (shock!) see me in my running gear, and I’m not sure I like that idea much. Hm.
